Booking Agreement
This agreement applies each time you request an Experience through LuxeTivities and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. It becomes binding for a specific booking when we confirm it and you pay.
1. Our role
We act as your booking agent. The Experience itself is provided by the Supplier named at confirmation (property owner/manager, rental or charter operator, restaurant, or event/access provider). The Supplier’s contract terms, house rules, rental agreements, and waivers apply in addition to this agreement, and you agree to sign them where required (e.g., a rental operator’s agreement at vehicle handover).
2. Accommodations (Stays)
LuxeStyle LLC acts solely as a booking agent arranging services provided by an independent third-party operator. The operator is the principal and is solely responsible for performing the service. Where the asset is owned or operated by a LuxeTivities group entity, the listing says so and this paragraph does not apply to it.
Check-in/out times, occupancy limits, and house rules are stated at confirmation. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and for charges the Supplier levies for rule violations. A pre-negotiated security deposit may be required and is refundable per the Supplier’s terms.
3. Vehicles (Rides)
A Ride is booked either self-drive or with a driver, and which one you chose is recorded on your confirmation. The requirements below apply only where you are driving.
Self-drive. You must hold a valid license appropriate to the vehicle, meet the Supplier’s minimum age of 25+, and complete identity verification (in-app or in person). Insurance must be in place before handover via one of: (a) a protection plan purchased through us; or (b) your own policy, verified by us, with full coverage, including high-limit liability, collision, and comprehensive protection for the vehicle class rented. Minimum limits of at least $100,000 for bodily injury per person, $300,000 per accident, and $50,000 to $100,000 for property damage are required. You are liable for deductibles, tickets, tolls, and misuse per the Supplier’s rental agreement.
With a driver. Where a driver is included or you have chosen one, the Supplier operates the vehicle and the Supplier’s commercial cover applies. No protection plan is sold to you and no personal auto policy is required, because you are not the operator. You remain responsible for the conduct of your party and for damage caused by it, and any waiting time, overtime or route changes are charged per the Supplier’s terms.
4. Charters (Yachts)
LuxeStyle LLC acts solely as a booking agent arranging services provided by an independent third-party operator. The operator is the principal and is solely responsible for performing the service. Where the asset is owned or operated by a LuxeTivities group entity, the listing says so and this paragraph does not apply to it.
Vessels are provided with a licensed skipper and crew; bareboat terms are not offered unless the Supplier approves them in writing for a specific charter. Because the vessel is crewed and the Supplier carries hull and liability cover, no protection plan is sold to you and no personal policy is required. Charters are booked by the hour with a minimum duration stated on each listing; departure and return times, guest counts and any add-ons (chef, host, water toys) are fixed at confirmation. The Master has final authority over the itinerary and may shorten, reroute or cancel a charter for weather or safety, in which case section 6 applies.
5. Aircraft (Jets)
LuxeStyle LLC acts solely as a booking agent arranging services provided by an independent third-party operator. The operator is the principal and is solely responsible for performing the service. LuxeStyle LLC is not the carrier or the operator.
Flights are arranged through certified air carriers who are solely responsible for operational control, crew, airworthiness and the decision to fly. We act as your agent in arranging the charter and are not an air carrier, an indirect air carrier, or a party to the carriage contract. Schedules are subject to weather, air traffic control, crew duty limits and the carrier’s operational judgement. Quoted prices assume the stated routing and may change with repositioning, de-icing, overnight crew costs, or landing and handling fees disclosed at confirmation.
6. Sourced items (Shop)
LuxeStyle LLC acts solely as a booking agent arranging services provided by an independent third-party operator. The operator is the principal and is solely responsible for performing the service. Where the asset is owned or operated by a LuxeTivities group entity, the listing says so and this paragraph does not apply to it.
A Shop request is a sourcing instruction, not a sale from stock. We source the item on your behalf from a supplier or authorised reseller. Availability, condition, provenance and authentication are confirmed to you before purchase, and price may change from the listed indication until the piece is secured. Title passes on delivery. Sourced items are typically non-returnable once purchased, and any manufacturer warranty is the manufacturer’s and not ours.
7. Dining and events
Reservations and tickets are subject to venue rules (dress codes, minimum spends, age limits, no-show fees). Event tickets may be non-refundable once issued; face value and any premium are disclosed at confirmation where required by law. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, we pass through the refund the organiser provides.
8. Changes by you
Change requests are handled by your concierge and subject to Supplier availability and fees. Cancellation terms are stated on each confirmation; where none are stated, the default policy in the Terms of Service applies.
9. Changes by us or the Supplier
If a confirmed Experience becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund of amounts paid to us for that booking. This is your exclusive remedy for unavailability, except where law provides otherwise.
10. Conduct and safety
You confirm the accuracy of the information provided (party size, driver details, dietary or access needs) and accept that Suppliers may refuse service for safety, intoxication, or rule violations without refund.
11. Acknowledgement
By tapping “Request booking” you acknowledge this agreement; by paying a confirmed booking you accept it for that Experience, together with the Supplier terms provided to you.
